Conor M. O'Byrne
Conor brings over two decades of experience in construction and real estate development across the U.S. and internationally. His portfolio spans luxury single-family homes, institutional facilities, multifamily housing, and hospitality developments – from boutique condominiums in New York City to expansive estates in Nantucket. Known for his hands-on leadership and sharp technical expertise, Conor is recognized for delivering projects with exceptional quality, budget discipline, and precise execution.
As co-founder of Align, Conor leverages his deep industry knowledge to provide expert guidance to homeowners, developers, and investors. He is a collaborative leader who fosters a strong team dynamic among designers, contractors, brokers, and consultants to ensure each project is aligned with the client’s vision and goals. His disciplined approach helps streamline the construction process and drive value at every phase.
Before founding Align, Conor led development for New York-based Bridgeton Holdings, where he focused on investment-driven real estate projects across the multifamily, boutique hospitality, and office sectors. Prior to that, he was with the Claremont Group, a family office overseeing large-scale developments in the New York tri-state area and abroad. He began his professional career at Kiewit, one of the largest general contractors in the U.S., where he managed the construction of multifamily, mixed-use, and institutional projects. He quickly advanced to lead Kiewit’s Special Projects Division in Colorado – gaining a deep technical foundation and a keen understanding of how to build efficiently and effectively at scale.
Conor’s earliest experience came from working in his family’s homebuilding business in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He further honed his skills building high-end homes on Nantucket and later with a custom homebuilder in Boulder, Colorado, while earning degrees in engineering.
He holds a B.A. in History from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Based in New York, Conor spends his free time with family, skiing, hiking, reading, and tending to his organic vegetable garden.

Hanna Plesun Przada
With over 20 years in the architecture, design and real estate development industry, and with a track record of successful and award-winning projects, Hanna brings extensive expertise in solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment using a rare combination of business, management, and creative skills. Leveraging her background and experience in architecture, interior design and fine arts, Hanna has applied her unique design sensibility informed by years of collaboration with artists and curators to projects for hospitality groups, philanthropic organizations, private developers, and individual clients. She acts as a liaison between the owners, investors, consultants, and related parties, implementing meticulous details ensuring that owner input is integrated seamlessly throughout all phases of the project.
Over years, Hanna has created distinctive spaces and environments for private and public clients, nonprofit organizations, and significant marquee names such as Mandarin Oriental and Auberge Resorts. Hanna worked for several years as an architectural and interior designer at OZ Architecture, 200+ person architecture firm, collaborating on several multi-family residential, hospitality, and cultural projects in the US and abroad. In addition to her commercial experience, Hanna designed and managed the construction of several high-end estates and apartments in New York City, Greenwich, CT, in the Rocky Mountains, Nantucket Island, and the Hamptons.
Born and raised in Gdansk, Poland, Hanna earned a MA in Architecture and Design degree from the Academy of Fine Arts. Hanna is a Registered Architect and Interior Designer in the United States. An AIA member, she holds NCARB certification, LEED AP accreditation, and an architectural license in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Colorado and Washington DC.
Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling to new places, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering with arts organizations.
